The City of Xian in the Centre of China is known for its Terracotta Army about 30 km east of the city and visited by many tourists each year. In Xian itself I visited the Drum Tower and the Bell Tower in centre of the city, with the Bell Tower on a roundabout in the middle of a heavy traffic boulevard. You have to cross underground to enter the Tower, cause there is no pedestrian crossing to it.   Continue reading
