Daytrip Dubrovnik to Mostar

The day I did my 2nd Excursion from Dubrovnik was to be a sunny day. Going to Mostar, after its capital Sarajevo one of the best known cities in Bosnia & Hercegovina. Mostar is situated in Hercegovina. One day I will go visit the Bosnia part, cause Sarajevo is still on my bucket list.
The most famous landmark in Mostar is the bridge over the Neretva River. Tourist are taking pictures from every angle of the bridge. Besides some mosques and some souvenir shops and restaurant, there is really nothing else to see, unless you are interested in buildings full of bulletholes remaining from the war period. Same kind of buildings with bulletholes I saw in the city of Bender Transnistria (Moldova).
The bridge is the main attraction , but its not the original one, that one got destroyed in the war in 1993, and is now rebuild.
On this tour I also made a little stop in a small Muslim town called Pocitelj. It’s on hill with its Mosque and Tower standing out.
